Stand Off:
5A - Swipes his arm downwards. Short range.
2A - Low swiping jab. Can link into itself or into 5A. Can link into many normals: 2A, 5A, 5B, 5C (tight)
Can also link to S, A (not S+A!) to hit with stand. (Tight link) 5B: Devo backhands opponent, knocking them into the air (if stand-off). Shortish range, slightly slow.
Devo briefly crawls forward and swipes once with his hand. Does not link into anything(?) 5C:
The hitstun on this is high enough that if you cancel into a doll special you can link 2A from this. (ie, 5C, 214+C, 2A) 2C: Devo remains stationary, does a two-hit swipe at opponent's feet, sweeping them. (Knocks down if their stand is off)

j.A: Quick swipe of his arm. Faster than j.B. Can be used as a poor instant overhead on many standing opponents.
j.B: Slower version of j.A, presumably does more damage/more active frames.
j.C: Devo does a body press / dive. Good hitbox, tends to win against many moves (or at least trade) if you're above them. Careful of getting super'd if you do this on high / far jumps.

Command Normals

Stand Off:
6B: Shoulder charge. Knocks opponent back.
3C: Advancing sweep. Knocks down if opponent's stand is off.

Puppet Controls:
6A: xyz
6B: xyz
4B: Upwards strike.

(in air) 2B: flies forward for a single strike. Can be used even when jumping backwards, etc.

3A: Like 2A, only inches forward an insignificant amount. Still combos into itself. 3B: Slide attack. 3C: Slide attack, knocks down.

Special Moves

Move Name: Piranha dive
Activated: 236+A/B/C
Notes: Devo's puppet charges forward and dives straight into the opponent. Higher button strengths do more damage.

Move Name: Hopping Hunter
Activated: 214+A/B/C
Notes:Slow startup overhead where Devo's puppet leaps up and then stabs downwards. Can be used to set up some nasty combos, mixups, or possibly unblockables via fuzzy guard.(??)
STAND ON mode only: You can mash buttons (down+buttons?) for more hits when it contacts. Also can be done when Ebony Devil is in the air already for even higher jumps. (Novelty more than useful)

Move Name: Propeller Cutter
Activated: 2,2+A/B/C
Notes: Devo's puppet wakes up and spins his spear in a circle from where he currently is. (Hardedge has a note about cancelling into tandem but I don't know the mechanics/have to try on stick sometime.)
STAND ON mode only: You can mash attacks on hit for more hits and damage.


Move Name: Junk Carnival
Activated: 236+AA (any two attacks)
Notes: Ebony Devil slides forward, hitting about 2/3 of the screen with an attack - if he hits, he does a flashy combo of hits. Probably Devo's best whiff punish super.

Move Name: Barrel Roll Crasher
Activated: 214+AA (any two attacks)
Notes: Like his piranha dive special, only much longer range, many hits, and invulnerability on startup. Against an aggressive opponent, the startup invulnerability can be abused to sucker them into trying to hit you and leaving themselves open for this.

Move Name: Risen Tormentor
Activated: 623+AA
Notes: Ebony Devil flies upwards in a super version of his Propeller Cutter that lifts him off the ground. Fast startup, short range.
